The eucalyptus trees will always be there,
A wonderful grove and safe shade,
The comfortable trees gave us songs using leaves, trunks
Wind, rain and earth,
Those songs created memories that keep me there.
The look in our eyes once we made it there,
Was thirsty for the future,
And in love with the promise of lovers to
Meet there in an attempt to cheat the after life from
Thinking it could take one soul without the
Other.
The smell of eucalyptus is a memory
That triggers my heart,
A place to wait for no one now,
A place where the eucalyptus
Is now beyond her smell.
A promised made in life to meet there
After death so that two unbreakable hearts
Could find each other by a sweet smell
Of eucalyptus and a beautiful grove.
Good bye is hard to say.
